1. Agreement to Terms & Conditions
Welcome to OVR90 SPORTSWEAR (“we”, “us”, “our”), accessible online at inovr90.com. By browsing our digital storefront, registering an account, personalizing football jerseys in The Lab, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and OVR90 Sportswear, in full conformity with the commercial statutes and electronic transaction laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
2. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights
All creative assets displayed across the OVR90 platform—including match kit garment silhouettes, crest vector artwork, custom typography fonts, graphic illustrations, lookbook photography, marketing videos, digital source code, and registered brand slogans (including “ACCEPT THE STANDARD” and “OVR90”)—are the exclusive intellectual property of OVR90 Sportswear.
Our brand assets and garment designs are legally protected under the Intellectual Property Act, No. 36 of 2003 of Sri Lanka as well as international copyright conventions. Unauthorized copying, counterfeit reproduction, commercial re-selling, or digital scraping of our materials without express written authorization is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate legal prosecution.
3. Sizing, Fit Profiles & Match-Spec Accuracy
OVR90 takes immense pride in precision craftsmanship. Our technical match jerseys and track apparel blend high-performance moisture-wicking jacquard textiles with London terrace Blokecore aesthetics:
- Fit Architecture: Official Match Kits are cut with an athletic performance profile. For an authentic loose streetwear Blokecore drape, we recommend ordering one size above your usual fit.
- Visual Fidelity: We calibrate all catalog studio photography for maximum color accuracy. However, slight tonal variations may occur depending on individual mobile OLED screens or computer monitor color calibrations.
- Inventory Limitations: All serialized archival pieces and drops are produced in limited quantities. In the rare event of concurrent transactions causing an oversold state, our concierge team will promptly notify you to coordinate a replacement size, drop reservation, or immediate refund.

5. Pricing, Multi-Currency & Payment Terms
All prices displayed on OVR90 Sportswear are based in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR), with automated live currency conversions available for USD ($), EUR (€), and GBP (£):
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available islandwide across all 25 districts in Sri Lanka. Customers agree to have the exact cash amount ready upon courier delivery rider arrival. Willful or fraudulent refusal of legitimate COD deliveries will result in permanent customer account and address blacklisting across our domestic delivery network.
- Direct Bank Transfer: Orders placed via bank transfer are reserved for 24 hours. The customer must upload a clear bank deposit slip or electronic transaction receipt. Orders are confirmed and queued for dispatch once funds are verified by our Commercial Bank finance desk. Forged, altered, or duplicate receipts will be reported immediately for fraud investigation.
- Delivery Timeframes & Rates (Sri Lanka Only): We deliver strictly within Sri Lanka across all 25 districts via tracked courier within 5 to 7 business days. A flat delivery fee of Rs. 500 applies. Orders with a product value of Rs. 50,000 or above qualify for 100% Free Islandwide Delivery. Worldwide shipping is not available.
- Pre-Order Drops: Exclusive limited-edition releases require 7 to 14 business days of precision manufacturing. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled after the production window closes.
6. Official Return & Exchange Policy (Multi-Language Agreement)
To ensure fairness, rapid turnaround, and uncompromising garment hygiene standards, all size and style exchanges are governed by the following binding conditions:
- Delivery Charges: The customer must bear all domestic courier delivery charges (return collection fee + replacement re-dispatch fee) for any size or preference exchange.
- Garment Hygiene & Condition: Returned apparel must be strictly UNWASHED, unworn, undamaged, free of deodorant/perfume odors, and returned with all original tags attached.
- Timeframe: Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery via our Returns & Exchange Portal.
භාණ්ඩ හුවමාරු කිරීමේදී (Exchange) කුරියර් (Delivery) ගාස්තු පාරිභෝගිකයා විසින් සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම දැරිය යුතුය. ඇඳුම් කිසිඳු ආකාරයකින් සෝදා (Washed) හෝ භාවිත කර හානි කර නොතිබිය යුතු අතර, මුල් Tags සහිතව භාණ්ඩය ලැබී දින 7ක් ඇතුළත ඉල්ලීම සිදු කළ යුතුය. The Lab හරහා ඔබගේ නම සහ අංකය Print කළ ඇඳුම් Defect එකක් නොමැති නම් මාරු කළ නොහැක.
பரிமாற்றத்திற்கான (Exchange) அனைத்து டெலிவரி கட்டணங்களையும் வாடிக்கையாளரே ஏற்க வேண்டும். உடைகள் எந்த வகையிலும் துவைக்கப்படவோ (Unwashed) அல்லது சேதமடையவோ கூடாது. அசல் லேபிள்களுடன் (Original Tags) 7 நாட்களுக்குள் சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும். The Lab இல் தனிப்பயனாக்கப்பட்ட உடைகள் குறைபாடு இல்லாத வரை மாற்றப்பட மாட்டாது.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws of Sri Lanka, OVR90 Sportswear and its directors, employees, or logistics agents shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or digital platform.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
