OFFICIAL POLICY TERMS

3 BINDING RULES

1. Customer Bears Delivery Charges

For all size or model exchanges, the customer is required to pay the standard courier delivery fees (return pickup + re-dispatch of the replacement item, standard flat rate Rs. 500 per leg).

2. Strictly Unwashed & Undamaged Condition

Garments must strictly NOT be washed, worn on pitch, stained, perfumed, or altered in any manner. All original hangtags, barcode stickers, and protective packaging must be completely intact.

3. 7-Calendar-Day Exchange Window

Exchange tickets must be registered through this portal within 7 calendar days from the date your parcel was delivered by the courier. Requests submitted after 7 days cannot be processed.

LAB

Customized Jersey Policy (“The Lab”)

Bespoke match kits customized with your personal Player Name and Squad Number cannot be returned or exchanged for size/preference changes unless an authentic manufacturing defect exists.

1. Delivery ගාස්තු පාරිභෝගිකයා විසින් දැරිය යුතුය

භාණ්ඩයක ප්‍රමාණය (Size) මාරු කිරීමේදී හෝ වෙනත් භාණ්ඩයක් ලබාගැනීමේදී අදාළ කුරියර් ගාස්තු (භාණ්ඩය නැවත ගෙන්වා ගැනීමේ සහ අලුත් භාණ්ඩය ඔබ වෙත එවන ගාස්තුව) පාරිභෝගිකයා විසින් සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම දැරිය යුතුය.

2. කිසිඳු අයුරකින් සෝදා හෝ හානි කර නොතිබිය යුතුය

ඇඳුම් කිසිඳු ආකාරයකින් සෝදා (Washed), භාවිත කර හෝ හානි කර නොතිබිය යුතු අතර, සුවඳ විලවුන් (Perfume) හෝ පැල්ලම් නොතිබිය යුතුය. සියලුම Original Tags නොවෙනස්ව තිබිය යුතුය.

3. දින 7ක කාලසීමාව ඇතුළත ඉල්ලීම සිදු කළ යුතුය

පාර්සලය ඔබ අතට ලැබී දින 7ක් ඇතුළත මෙම පෝරමය මඟින් WhatsApp හරහා හුවමාරු ඉල්ලීම සිදු කළ යුතුය. දින 7ක් ඉක්මවූ පසු කිසිඳු හුවමාරු ඉල්ලීමක් භාරගනු නොලැබේ.

The Lab Custom ඇඳුම් හුවමාරු කළ නොහැක

ඔබගේම නම සහ Squad Number යොදා Print කර ඇති Customized jerseys නිෂ්පාදන දෝෂයක් (Manufacturing Defect) නොමැති නම් වෙනස් කිරීමට හෝ ආපසු දීමට නොහැක.

1. டெலிவரி கட்டணங்களை வாடிக்கையாளரே ஏற்க வேண்டும்

அளவு அல்லது பொருள் மாற்றத்திற்கான (Exchange) அனைத்து கூரியர் டெலிவரி கட்டணங்களையும் (பொருளை திருப்பி அனுப்புதல் மற்றும் புதியதை பெறுதல்) வாடிக்கையாளரே ஏற்க வேண்டும்.

2. ஆடைகள் துவைக்கப்படவோ அல்லது சேதமடையவோ கூடாது

உடைகள் எந்த வகையிலும் துவைக்கப்படவோ (Unwashed), அணியப்படவோ அல்லது வாசனை திரவியங்கள் பூசப்படவோ கூடாது. அசல் லேபிள்கள் (Tags) முழுமையாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.

3. 7 நாட்களுக்குள் கோரிக்கை சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்

பார்சல் கிடைத்த நாளிலிருந்து 7 நாட்களுக்குள் இக்கோரிக்கை சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட வேண்டும். 7 நாட்களுக்குப் பின்னர் கோரிக்கைகள் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட மாட்டாது.

தனிப்பயனாக்கப்பட்ட பெயர் மற்றும் எண்ணுடன் அச்சிடப்பட்ட ஜெர்சிகள் உற்பத்தி குறைபாடு இல்லாத வரை மாற்றப்பட மாட்டாது.
